Journals require minor assembly: Each journal includes adhesive (2) sheets. The small strip of cardboard included should be placed in the middle of the journal before subbing, remove once done. After subbing, remove the backing from the adhesive sheets and apply it to the cardboard on the inside of the journals and add the paper to the center of the journal.
